A very delayed posting about this!

On the 27th of November I took part in “The Bay Open” fencing competition. This is held every year in Morecambe and is unusual in that it has men and women fighting together.

I was knocked out in the first elimination round by a Russian guy and so only finished 19th

On a brighter note, congratulations to my friend Jonathan P. who finished second in epée I guess I’m just going to have to train harder over the next 12 months so that I can beat him next year
